Most well-known is her role as Jen Scotts in Power Rangers Time Force as Jen Scotts, Ted Mosbys Sister Heather in How I Met Your Mother & Kendra Burke n Saving Grace. Felicity played a role in ABC's Red Widow. She is also noted to being the first female lead character in The Call of Duty franchise as Chloe Karma Lynch in Call of DutyBlack Ops II as well as Rebecca Chambers in Resident EvilVendetta. In her four years, she started to act in shows put on by school her parents attended. Eight years later she took dance and singing classes. She was Miss Pre-Teen Virginia and first second in Miss Junior America. The acting carried on into the high school years at Brooke Point High School. At Brooke Point, Cahill was the president for many groups. The most notable of these was the Honor Thespians. In addition, she won Best Actress overall at the Actors Models Talent for Christ contest when she was sixteen years old. She was awarded individual and company prizes when she was a part of the Barton and Williams Dance Company. She was a student at Marymount Manhattan College, New York after she graduated from the high school. The award was given to students to be awarded for performing arts and academics. After graduating at the end of 1998 from high school, she was accepted into Marymount Manhattan College with a scholarship for academics and performing arts.
